Dear parents and families of Eagle Elementary School:
We are proud to announce our calendar of events for the 2011/2012 school year.
This calendar was created to simplify all of our lives. With this resource, you can plan ahead for upcoming events that are of interest to your family. You will notice that every first Thursday of the month is set aside for PTO meetings. We would like many parents to attend so that our meetings are filled with creativity, excitement, and passion while planning events with our children in mind.
We attempted to plan most of our events on the third Friday of each month. This allows for continuity in scheduling and attendance. You might recognize some of our most instituted some new happenings as well. Family Reading Night and Family Movie Night are just a few of the newest events. We hope that you will enjoy and make these a staple in your family’s lives too.
We plan to coordinate our efforts this year with some added community support. A couple of our co-hosts will be Heather from the Park & Recreation Department and Allison from the Alice Baker Library. We will be asking for further assistance from other community members especially for the Family Reading Night event. There are a lot of fun ideas in store for your children and your entire family. Along with these plans come extra openings for family member volunteers. Click here for the volunter form.
